We’re excited to announce Recycly 2026.1 - This release delivers improvements across asset management, inbound processing, snapshots, storage size handling, invoicing, label printing, notifications, and overall usability.
User Access & Messaging
- Improved the clarity of the invalid signup token message.
- Updated the password reset email content for clearer guidance.
Inbound Orders & Processing
- Added a multi-line Processing Notes field to inbound orders for capturing detailed instructions.
- Displayed inbound order processing notes prominently when viewing or updating related items and lots.
- Enhanced billable handling for ICEX workflows.
Assets & Attributes
- Introduced full creation and editing of custom attributes.
- Enabled custom drop-down attributes and support for default attribute values.
- Allowed attributes and predefined attribute categories to be deactivated.
- Added the ability to add and reorder attribute categories.
- Enabled linking attributes to related records, such as contacts or other Recycly records.
- Added clear user alerts when attribute changes require applying updates.
Snapshots
- Fixed visibility of the new snapshots setting.
- Added an option to show only Initial and Final snapshots, hiding the snapshots tab and limiting edits to those values.
Storage Size & RAM Details
- Introduced storage size fields with selectable units for clearer data entry.
- Added separate value and unit fields for RAM size with automatic conversion.
- Ensured RAM size values stay synchronised regardless of the unit selected.
- Standardised storage size precision to a maximum of three decimal places.
Invoicing
- Added invoice archiving and unarchiving with clear confirmation messages for single and multiple selections.
- Introduced filtering for archived invoices.
- Resolved issues with unarchiving invoices.
- Replaced default archive actions with clearer custom archive and unarchive options.
Label Printing
- Added configurable default label templates for ID and Spec labels.
- Enabled separate Spec label templates for items and lots.
- Added quantity controls for printing ID and Spec labels.
- Improved label printing workflows from inventory actions and print wizards.
- Fixed issues when creating new label templates.
Notifications & Imports
- Improved notifications when generating multiple documents.
- Added clearer and more prominent instructional text across all import screens.
Payments
- Filtered payment provider options to show only supported providers.
Integrations
- Improved reliability of external integrations by enhancing timeout handling and user-visible error resilience.
General Usability
- Hid unused or irrelevant configuration menus to reduce interface clutter.
- Fixed several issues where settings or options were not displaying as expected.
