We’re excited to announce Recycly 2026.11 This has been another fairly major release, focusing on Setup Assistant, Inbound Orders, Collections & Drop-offs, Logistics & Inventory, Items & Lots, Customer Portal, Warehouse Configuration, Email Templates and  Security and Reporting, all helping ITAD teams work faster and with greater visibility across operations.


This update also includes a range of usability improvements, workflow refinements and quality enhancements across RecyclyERP. Read on for the full list of improvements included in this release.


Setup Assistant

  • Improved the Setup Assistant by moving items into more logical locations based on actual customer feedback.
  • Added a new Setup Assistant actions (inc. Bills of Materials).
  • Company setup actions now open the relevant Company Settings page directly, reducing the number of steps required during configuration.
  • Improved links from the Setup Assistant to Hardware Audit Report Sources, making related configuration easier to access.
  • Updated action names, descriptions and capitalisation throughout the Setup Assistant for greater consistency and clarity.

Company Settings

  • Renamed the Companies menu to Company Settings to better reflect its purpose.
  • Opening Company Settings now takes users directly to the main configuration screen.

Inbound Orders

  • Enhanced inbound acquisition settings with more flexible options for Collections and Drop-offs.
  • Added greater control over collection duration settings to better support different operational workflows.
  • Introduced the ability to limit inbound jobs (Inbound Orders) across the system to a single Collection or single Drop-off where required, without disrupting any setup of existing jobs.
  • Improved scheduling options so that actions remain available even when only a single acquisition method is enabled.
  • Updated action labels to more clearly distinguish between Collections and Drop-offs based on the selected acquisition method.

Logistics & Inventory

  • Improved the process and UX for changing Item/Lot IDs.
  • Enhanced the Warehouse Location list with additional information, improved visibility of sub-locations and support for mass updates.
  • Improved the Outbound Order selection experience by providing clearer guidance when items cannot be selected, e.g. due to their current warehouse location being set as not being an area that can be sold from.

Items & Lots

  • Restored support for bulk updating Manufacturer and Attribute information, making large-scale data maintenance easier.
  • The Actions menu has become a long list, so we added clear grouping.
  • Resolved an issue that could affect serial numbers and current snapshot information when saving Items.

Reporting & Audit

  • Enhanced HTML reports (used mainly for long Inventory Reports) with a whole range of new options to improve presentation and readability.
  • Improved matching of Hardware Audit Report Sources by making searches tolerant of capitalisation and accented character differences between reports and asset items, adding to the current options that allow you to ignore spaces / dashes / slashes / dots / asterisks.

Customer Portal

  • Improved the Home, Jobs, Collections and Profile pages for a smoother customer experience.
  • Enhanced profile and organisation updates so users remain on the relevant page after saving their changes, and ensured all screens scroll sensibly after save / update / cancel operations on less commonly used browsers and mobile browsers.

Email Templates

  • Added guidance to explain the Auto Delete option within Email Template settings.
  • Updated Email Template labels to make Journal Entry invoice templates easier to identify.

Communications

  • Improved the in-record activity feed by restoring helpful log note indicators.
  • Simplified the popup chat composer by removing unnecessary internal note banners, providing a cleaner messaging experience.

Booking In

  • Split Booking In snapshot configuration into separate workflow and editability options, providing greater flexibility when configuring operational processes.

Security

  • Strengthened protection of the RecyclyERP Administrator account to improve system security.
