Returns handled properly - launching now

Returns are part of resale, and RecyclyERP now treats them that way. Landing this month: RMA records with types and reasons, receiving returns back to stock, credit notes, refunds and replacement orders, RMA documents and return labels, and returns reporting - so a return is a managed workflow, not a spreadsheet entry.

Resale is reuse, and reuse has an environmental story worth telling. RecyclyERP tracks it automatically: carbon savings tracking calculates CO2e avoided per item and per job using configurable emission factor sets, and an Environmental Impact Report covers each job and each customer period.
