We’re excited to announce Recycly 2026.3. These updates have been focussed on system-wide usability, making Items & Lots & Attributes easier to manage, streamlining Collections & Drop-offs paperwork, simplifying key Logistics & Inventory flows, expanding Scanning & Barcoding options, improving the consistency of generated Documentation, and strengthening connected Integrations & Automation throughout Recycly.
Items & Lots & Attributes
- Original lot preservation when splitting: Split/Unpack Lot now offers options for moving quantities out of a Lot while keeping the original Lot intact, so teams can preserve the original reference where required.
- This applies to splitting into smaller lots AND individual items
Collections & Drop-offs
- Full site addresses on collection documents: Collections‑area document templates now use a Site Address field that includes all relevant address lines, so generated paperwork shows a complete and accurate collection address.
Logistics & Inventory
- Clearer Purchase Order receiving: The flow for marking items on a Purchase Order as received has been improved so it is clearer what needs to be done before a bill can be created, reducing confusion at the point of receipt.
Scanning & Barcoding
- Additional barcode styles on ID labels: ID label templates now offer four extra barcode options, giving more flexibility to match different scanner hardware and label formats.
Knowledgebase & Documentation
- Date format region to automatically be applied to documents based on your RecyclyERP settings, so that you don't need to configure this for each field in your Document Templates.
- Complete addresses in templates: Templates that use legacy address merge fields now insert the full Site Address, so letters and reports always contain a full postal address. This means that field won't need to be replaced now in older Document Templates.
Integrations & Automation
- More reliable Aiken report matching: Audit Report download and processing now handles Aiken reports more robustly, improving how reports are matched back to existing Asset Items and allowing valid items to be processed even when some are missing.
- Clearer export guidance: The BASIC EXPORT button tooltip has been clarified to explain that users should tick the records they want to export, making bulk exports more intuitive.
- More intuitive list Actions menu: The main menu above list views has been renamed to “Actions” and its icon behaviour refined, making it easier for users to discover and run bulk actions across Recycly.
Usability and clarity
- 100s of minor tweaks have been made across the entire system, so thank you to all those who have given us feedback to help with this over the past few months.
And, planned for 2026 Q2...
- Upgraded Automatic Grading features
- The ability to manage every detail for all attributes of any asset type so that RecyclyERP can more effectively handle not just IT Assets, but ANY type of asset, e.g. white goods, small electrical appliances, AV & Broadcast Equipment, Telecoms Equipment, etc.
