We’re excited to announce Recycly 2026.4. These updates have been focussed on adding useful columns to the Address Book list, enhancing Document Templates, capturing more complete Sales Order contact details, refining Auditing consistency, strengthening Item and Lot validation, and improving Email Notifications reliability so your day-to-day workflows run more smoothly. Address Book
- Added Most Recent Collection Date and Next Collection Date columns to improve visibility and planning of collection activities.
Document Templates
- Enhancements to Document Templates header text for improved clarity and consistency, specifically regarding how to find Label Templates which are in their own dedicated area.
- Added a link to Label Templates directly from the Document Templates header text for faster navigation.
Sales Orders
- Added Site Contact telephone and mobile merge fields to ensure more complete and accessible contact information.
- Improved consistency of common fields across templates to keep Sales Order documentation aligned.
Audit Reports / Linking to Asset Items
- Updated equivalent but outdated wiping terminology to YouWipe across the system.
- Enhanced matching accuracy by making Recycly Item ID comparisons case-insensitive when linking audit reports to asset items.
Item and Lot Management
- Improved validation messaging when creating items and lots by clearly highlighting missing mandatory fields so it's easier to resolve any issues.
- Enhanced validation and messaging around lot split snapshot Source to provide clearer feedback and avoid confusion.
Email Notifications
- Improved reliability of email sending to ensure notifications are processed more consistently.
And, planned for 2026 Q2...
- Upgraded Automatic Grading features
- The ability to manage every detail for all attributes of any asset type so that RecyclyERP can more effectively handle not just IT Assets, but ANY type of asset, e.g. white goods, small electrical appliances, AV & Broadcast Equipment, Telecoms Equipment, etc.
