We’re excited to announce Recycly 2026.7 This release focuses on Inbound Orders, Collections & Drop-offs, Outbound Orders, Items & Lots, Site Management via the Customer Portal, Inventory Templates, Reporting, Address Book, Email & Integrations, Data Management, and various general user interface improvements, helping ITAD teams work faster and with greater visibility across operations.
Site Management via Customer Portal
- Portal users can now manage Sites directly, improving flexibility and reducing reliance on internal teams.
- Various enhancements to how Site-related partner records are structured, improving clarity when working with hierarchical relationships.
Items & Lots
- Bulk update functionality added to allow attribute changes directly from matching audit reports within the Items & Lots list.
- Improved data consistency with validation to prevent duplicate product names.
Inventory Templates & Reporting
- Enhancements to Inventory Report Template usability, including clearer messaging and improved guidance when templates are locked.
- Improved consistency and usability of HTML-based Inventory Report Templates, ensuring a more predictable document experience.
- Ability to set a Custom Footer for any HTML-based Report Templates.
- Refinements to document generation and validation, improving reliability of reports.
Address Book & Data Management
- Enhancements to record merging functionality across the system.
- New tools to merge Industries and Sources, helping reduce duplicated data - especially useful after data import.
- Improved data consistency by resolving duplicate country field issues.
- Minor label and terminology improvements for better clarity across the system, and removed some obsolete items from merge screens.
Email & Integrations
- Clearer guidance for setting up Gmail and Outlook OAuth connections on outgoing mail servers.
- Improvements to email configuration instructions, reducing setup friction.
- Streamlined integration approach by removing legacy components and improving overall system maintainability.
User Interface Improvements
- General UI text and label enhancements for improved clarity and consistency across the platform.
- Improved navigation behaviour across the system for a smoother user experience.
- Enhancements to form layouts and controls to better align with expected workflows.
Data & System Enhancements
- Ability to archive packages, improving data lifecycle management and reducing clutter.
- Expanded customization options for labels, including support for colour selection.
- Ongoing performance and stability improvements across multiple areas of the platform.
