How RecyclyERP Onboarding and Implementation Works

Every new RecyclyERP customer goes through a structured onboarding, led by our implementation team and agreed with you as a plan at the start. The fixed onboarding fee (see our pricing page) includes up to 15 hours of implementation support.

The stages

1. Kick-off and scoping. We agree the implementation plan together: your workflows, sites, users, integrations, document templates and data sources, with responsibilities and timings for both sides.

2. System setup and configuration. Your dedicated RecyclyERP environment is created and configured to the agreed scope - asset types, services, grading schemes, document templates, users and permissions. The in-product Setup Assistant guides much of this.

3. Data import. Customers, suppliers, assets and stock are imported using our standard CSV/XLSX templates, but fields can be mapped as needed, and multiple field mappings can be named and saved. Where relevant, data imports support record matching by name and creating new lookup entries (e.g. for dropdown lists). The API is available for larger or more complex migrations, and we assist with mapping and validation.

4. Training. Remote, role-based training sessions are delivered within the onboarding hours, supported by the in-product Setup Assistant and our published knowledgebase. We strongly recommend our training focuses on your super users, who then train the remainder of your staff. Additional training is available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

5. Test and go-live. You validate your key workflows end to end before go-live. We support the go-live directly and stay close through the early weeks of live running.

Timescales

Most implementations go live within 5 to 15 weeks of kick-off depending on scope and data readiness, and many complete in around 8 weeks. The elapsed time is driven mainly by your team's availability - the hands-on effort required from your side is deliberately kept small.
