Support at Recycly: Hours and How We Work

Support is provided directly by the Recycly team - the people who build the product are the people who support it.

Hours

Support operates Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. We flex around customer go-lives and genuinely urgent issues.

How requests are handled

Requests are raised by email to our support mailbox and tracked to resolution. Issues are prioritised by impact and urgency: anything preventing live operation is worked on first. Product defects are fixed as part of your subscription.

Beyond support

Product enhancements and custom development are scoped and quoted separately, so support stays focused on keeping you running. Escalation contacts and any customer-specific arrangements are agreed as part of your contract.
